“Archichef” a culinary competition where the chosen architects compete against each other with their own menus, took place in Eatly, Istanbul this year.
RDM'S Design & Architecture cooked “seabass-filled, orange flavored ravioli on glassworth” and their recipe got the first place in taste challenge.
Erdem Şeker emphasized on the importance of the Mediterranean as a strong bond between Turkey and Italy. He used seabass, a common fish in Turkish Mediterranean, as an infill to Italian ravioli to show the harmony of two cultures.
